Do I have to make the booking through Eve Scarlett's Website?
For peace of mind and convenience, we strongly recommend you do. Bookings made outside are not eligible for our Booking Guarantee, secure booking payments and reviews. Eve Scarlett website also have an automated online booking system which means that when you book online, your wedding/event is automatically entered in to their calendar to prevent double bookings.
How do deposits payment work?
Once the online booking is made and 50% deposit is paid this confirms your booking. You have then agreed to the booking terms and conditions. This then guarantee’s your event/ booking will be scheduled in Eve Scarlett's calendar.
What is Eve Scarlett Booking Guarantee?
Booking through Eve Scarlett's website ensures your payments are secure. Eve Scarlett's website also has an automated online booking system, which means that when you book online, your wedding/event is automatically entered into her calendar to prevent double bookings.
How do I get a receipt or invoice for the booking deposit I have paid?
A tax invoice/receipt is generated once the online booking is made after check out and sent to your designated email.
What happens after I make a booking?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a receipt and contact information for Eve Scarlett. You will be able to liaise directly to finalize exact specification for your event.
How do I pay the remaining balance of the booking fee?
The remaining balance is due 10 working days before the event. These payment terms are indicated on the invoice provided at booking.
What happens if I need to cancel a booking?
If you have to cancel a booking, you should notify us ASAP. The booking deposit already paid, will be allocated to your account and can be used to secure another event/booking within a 12 month period in future after the notification. This is Eve Scarlett’s booking/cancellation guarantee.
Does Eve Scarlett have public liability insurance?
Yes a copy of this can be provided after the booking on request.
